At Kampashan, we only promote clean products that adheres to being end user and environment friendly. All our products are genuine and are sourced directly from the manufacturer with quality assurance right from raw material sourcing to each stage of manufacturing and packing .. Prior to shipping, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of below standard products. Still we encourage our Kampanions to write to us at care@kampashan.com if you find any of our products not meeting your expectations and we shall be happy to address your concerns.
RETURNS and EXCHANGE POLICY
End users are our biggest assets and keeping in mind the safety of the end user following the International standards under the current COVID situation and since all our products comes under deep contact with skin and other body parts , we follow a “ NO RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY ” except in case of manufacturing defect and wrong shipping of product against your order which covers wrong product or wrong shade is shipped. Against the order reported as manufacturing defect or wrong shipping the end users will receive store credit(product cost + shipping charge (if any paid by customer) + COD charge (if any paid by customer). The manufacturing defect or wrong shipping should be informed to us within 24 hours of delivery by writing to us at care@kampashan.com and the product must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Order reported as manufacturing defect , the product has to be returned in an unused condition in its original packaging and wrongly shipped product has to be returned in an unused, sellable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, failing which store credit can not be issued .
The store credit will be issued to the end user within 5 to 7 working days after receiving the returned product . Only products bought from the www.kampashan.com website can be returned to us. We will not accept returns of products bought from third party websites or physical stores.
Terms and conditions:
All returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
All gifts or promotional items received with your purchase must be returned with your order.
All essentials and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All items bought on sale are final – we cannot offer any returns or exchanges on sale products.
We will not give store credit for used products. In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service team.If the return complies with our return and exchange policy, you will be eligible for store credit.
Please note: Although we have tried to accurately show the actual color of the products, there may be a slight variation based on the operating system you are using.
Customers are advised not to accept tampered or damaged shipments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
An order can be cancelled only up to it is in 'Pending' state. Once we start processing, it can not be cancelled. You will have to send us an email on care@kampashan.com with reasons for the cancellation. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order. You will be notified of the same by email.
CANCELLATION OF UNUSUAL ORDERS
There may be certain orders that Kampashan cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order. Some reasons may include errors in pricing, certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any order placed using a technological glitch/loophole, etc. We will notify you in case your order has been canceled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to ship your order. Payment done for such orders will be refunded as store credit.
Shipping policy
All prices on our site are displayed in Indian Rupee (INR), and will be charged in Indian Rupees. For delivery within India we use a ground based courier service, as liquid products cannot be sent by air. Though we try our best to get your products delivered within 2 to 5 days, but in some remote locations it may take 7 days. COD service may not be available for certain pin codes. In such cases, our customer service team will be in touch with you while processing your order. We do not currently ship internationally.
Offers and promotion codes
To take advantage of a special promotion, you must be signed in and enter the promo code on the shopping bag page before checkout. The offer will be automatically applied when you enter the appropriate information. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order and they don’t apply to items that are already discounted.Please read the details associated with each promo code carefully for the valid offer period and restrictions.
Order confirmation
An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. In addition, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email to confirm shipment and tracking information.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with products is to obtain a refund, and your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with services is to stop using the services. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, the maximum liability of the Kampashan arising out of or relating in any way to our provision of (or failure to provide) products or services shall be the actual price paid therefore by you. Communications

Our Sites and Apps are controlled and operated from India. Our Sites and Apps are not subject to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of India. We may limit the availability of our Sites and Apps, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction we choose, at any time and in our sole discretion.
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
Cash on delivery
You can use our Cash on Delivery (COD) facility. This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery at your doorstep. You can only make COD payments in Indian Rupees. Currently, we do not accept cheque or demand drafts. Due to the limitations of the couriers we use, COD is not yet available for all pin codes.COD facility is available for India orders only. When you are entering your payment details at the checkout page, you can click on Cash on Delivery as the payment method.There's no specific charge to avail COD on any order. However, the shipping charges are to be given by the customer if the total order value is less Rs. 500.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
Some special rules for promotional offers may override Exchange/ Returns Policy.

In case of reaction or irritation after using our products, we advise that you please discontinue using our products and consult your physician.
Other terms
There are no warranties, express or implied, by operation of law or otherwise for the use or results of the course and materials that any particular level of knowledge will be attained by you.
